I discovered this product while in massage school. Great at opening up the sinuses and even better for quickly taking the heat out of a sunburn (accidental discovery). It lasts a very long time. Only down side to ordering it through Amazon was that it took over 3 weeks to get here, but there are knock offs that do not work as well so I'm ok that it came directly from China, where it was made.     • The relief is real though temporary
Not a pain killer but a topical pain reliever. It's a very small bottle but a lot is not necessary. Being viscous it spreads well. Bonus feature is that the fragrance will open your airways. Avoid getting into the eyes.
