So I fell off a ladder landing awkwardly on my lower back on an out door wicker chair, a month and a half later the pain and discomfort were almost to much. I work in the service industry outside constantly bending, leaning and carrying heavy items. Actually I was very limited on the work I could perform and finally had to stop working cause my back was not getting any better, so before making a dr. Appt and being told to do physical therapy, strengthen your core, I bought this little gem. I wore it back to work and after a 16 hour day, no pain and very little discomfort, next day, even better, and the next so much better I took it off with a couple hours left on the job I was on,within minutes I started feeling plain and discomfort. Immediately put it back on and I was goisyfor the remainder of the job. Do yourself a favor, this is a miracle worker, it has helped me beyond what any doctor could do. You’ll be pleasantly surprised

I have arthritis on the outside and stenosis on the inside of my spine. At 63 too much heavy lifting and old age are catching up with me. I have had this brace for four months and WOW what a big help it has been helping me get through the day. It's hard for me to stand for more than 30 minutes but with this brace I can do my chores more easily. The reason for only 4 stars on comfort is on 90 to 100 degree days it makes my back sweat but this is something I am willing to trade for the help it gives me. I have tried a lot of braces over the last 15 years and this one is by far the best. I have lost a few pounds so I am reordering in the next size smaller.

Easy to don and doff; seems to be made well; and doesn't inhibit dexterity too severely. Provides adequate support and is relatively comfortable other than lacking a bit of breathability, leading to notable sweating underneath. This brace has been worn occasionally for protective/preemptive measures, so I can't speak of it's ability to help preexisting conditions; however it has served my purpose well during prolonged periods of lifting and swinging heavy objects.

Purchased this for back support during my 2 mile per day routine walks. Had been having a dull lower back pain toward the end of these walks, and wanted to try a support belt. After reading some reviews of other products being too heavy or bulky, I found this one that claims to be an updated design. In any case, it arrived today and I was able to try it right away. Easy to put on and feels good when walking, but best of all: pain gone! At a competitive price, I can certainly recommend this product.

For the past couple of years I’ve been getting back spasms. If you’ve ever had them you know that they take you out for several days! I usually know they’re coming because I have a dull throbbing pain in my lower back. Since getting this brace, whenever I have that pain I put it on and I’ve avoided spasms. I also wear it when I’m sitting at my desk, another thing that’s a back killer, and I no longer have pain. It’s very comfortable and exceptionally well made. For the money this is a real value.

Fits good with sizing chart I had to return this and get another my back is much better using this and it’s comfortable to use only problem is where Velcro is the design is a pocket to where it scrunches together and don’t hold up should be sown across in full still love it over others I have tried but we will see how it holds up

So I'm 25 years old, I have foraminal stenosis, spondylolisthesis and spondylolysis. I bought this back brace because I got levoscoliosis from leaning on one side too much because of how much pain I had. After 2 weeks of wearing it everyday, my posture has greatly improved, I no longer lean on one side anymore. It didnt completely take away the pain but I did notice that Its starting to hurt a little less. I can finally sleep on my back now, it doesnt feel uncomfortable anymore. I highly recommend it!!!
