I received the bed early. The box was in good condition. Everything was in the box was in good condition. When I put the bed together one of the legs on the headboards for the bottom bed did not have a hole for a screw on one of the poles. I contacted customer service and they overnighted the part and I finished putting the bed together. I put my twin mattress from my old bed on it. I really like the bed it is just what I wanted. I loved the look of this bunkbed and putting it together you can tell its good quality. My biggest complaint would be the supports under the bed. They are a flimsy metal that bends easily from pressure. Even when we were putting it together us pushing the support pieces down to put them in place would make them bend. So I can imagine a person laying on the bed in the same place would cause bending and dipping. Thankfully we have our younger girls on the bed. But personally I wouldn't trust the bed to be laid on by any adults. So if you like laying in the bed by your little ones, this isn't the bed for you. ... show more

The frame went together very easily and it looks great however, the straps that came with it to anchor it to the wall are a joke. I am going to the hardware store for metal straps that won't come apart on day 1.

This is a good fit for my kids. It was very easy to assemble, however there was one broken piece in the box. It is a bit wobbly, but its a metal bunk bed so I wouldn't expect it not to be. My kids love it either way and it does the job.

The bed took some time to put together but we already figured that being as it’s a bunk bed! The beds seem pretty sturdy of your using as two separate beds but once you put the top bunk on and screw it together it just seems super wobbly. I’m not pleased at all with this being as my daughter was so happy to come home to her new bed put together but I’m scared to let her on it as it feels like it could fall apart after awhile ... show more

    • The ladder is hard to use.
The beds are very good but the ladder isn't good. It is sturdy but hard to climb and hurts the feet of anyone trying to get to the second bunk.

    • Broke in half
Within the last week the long bar of the bottom frame snapped in half and the piece that connects to the vertical poles broke off. We have had this bed for just over two years. The only people to ever have slept on the bed are my now 9 and 5 year olds. I didn’t expect it to last forever but I am surprised that it broke that severely with very reasonable use by two young children. ... show more

We like the sturdiness and how easy it was to assemble. I have vertigo and my niece is oregnant, so easy was nice. The first set didnt make it but the second shipment did and i am happy that the sellers sent another one.
