Sturdy, Heats fast & evenly, Pretty color, easy to use, good quality. I also love the heat gloves I received with it & the paper. The tape is really skinny so I do not see me using it for cups but i`m sure for smaller items. I love it, Only reason I gave 4 stars was its a little shorter than I expected (the heating element, but that is on me, it says it does 20 oz) and there were no operating manual with suggested temperatures and times. Just a piece of paper that says how to operate. There were a lot of extra items I do not know what they are for- like an extra cord? ... show more

Like others mentioned the ends of a 20oz skinny are prone to ghosting on this machine. I’m going to try pressing it a couple different ways and will update the review if I get better results. It’s def better than the convection oven I was using. Just wish it had firmer tension at the ends.
