I read and followed all instructions clearly, several times. Water never heated, nothing functioned at all, despite power light on. Reading other reviews now (which I should have done before) it’s clear that this is made cheaply, and can even be a hazard. Too bad…nice, compact unit, and I like those than can do grounds & K-pods both. Guess you get what you pay for! Or don’t. I will be returning asap; order another model. ... show more

It does the same job but for about half the price. It's also a little smaller which is good since it's going in an RV with limited counter space.
