My Turtle seems to like to sun himself on this mat and the black material is great for this. It is easy to work with and easy to fit to size by folding or cutting it. This comes with 2 full rolls so it is a good amount to work with. My only complaint is it is pretty thin material so I am not sure how long it will hold up under normal wear and tare. ... show more

Using for a bearded dragon tank. You may be worried that a plastic liner would be too slippery, but it is well-textured and my guy has had no issues with traction. It also achieves my main purpose - it is extremely easy to clean and sanitize. You receive two generously sized rolls. Great for multiple tanks or just a swap out one for the other on cleaning day. The description does not mention it being compatible with 75 gallon terrariums, but it definitely is - it fits perfectly widthwise in my 75 gallon terrarium with tons of length left in the roll.     • Great, easy to clean tank liner

Ok, it's not going to win prizes for a natural-looking tank, but this stuff is super easy to use and functional. You can easily cut it to size, and it cleans up in a snap. Sometimes I just vacuum dead skin or remnants of meals off the top. If my beardie poops on this, I use paper towels and wet wipes to clean it up. Sometimes I spray with vinegar and wipe down to disinfect. I don't put my beardie back in immediately when I do some of this stuff, as I want any odors that might bug him to dissipate. Definitely recommend. Oh, and I love that there are two rolls. Eventually these will wear enough that I'll want to replace them, and this gives me enough to do that (or if you've got a much bigger tank, you'll have enough to cover the bottom). Currently experimenting with other substrates to give a more natural look, but I'm keeping this liner on the bottom, under everything else. If nothing else, it will give me something to hold onto to lift other stuff out. ... show more

It comes in rolls, doesnt smell and its easy to cut to size. It lays out flat nicely and has a little texture to help keep small spills from running all over and can offer some traction. Thick enough to not be torn but thin enough to fold into corners if wanted.

This product included 2 good sized rolls that you fit and cut yourself. Pros: there is a lot on each roll. Can be wiped clean when needed. It is black and should hold heat for my lizards. Cons: very thin. Thinner than contact paper. It was difficult for me to size it and cut what I needed. And it would not lay flat until I placed aquarium items on top. It's a little thin and my beardie did make a couple nicks when she got her tank zoomies (aka when she is letting me know she wants out haha). However, I still think this is a good set of mats.
