Immediately got message from vendor after purchase asking for direct contact info for the freight company and if a lift gate was required. So far I have done a set of 35 inch tires and removed to patch a 20inch wheel with low profile tires. Machines worked great! I will say though be sure and read through the balance machine instructions for installation- it needs to be anchored to the floor and level. It will not work well otherwise and that’s any tire balance machine. The instructions are a bit rough from translation but there are a ton of YouTube videos out there on these machines so it’s not a big deal. These work great and are very affordable, I liked the fact they had lift gate service at no extra charge so they can bring it right up to your house. They arrive on pallets so have a buddy help move them around, and at least mine arrived in 2 different shipment events so don’t stress if only 1 item shows up - the tracking is a little different than I was used to but the customer service folks were nice and available for my delivery questions.

Works decent only wish it would say the width of the widest tires you could fit on the machine specs my 255 wide tires barely fit with the clamp on the inside, also the gauge hose ballooned which made it useless and read 15psi below of what it showed but I just replaced it with a good one I had instead of getting another from the company and risking it being faulty too other than that great buy for home

Arrived a little earlier than expected. Comes Crated on 2 pallets. Our delivery driver wheeled in right inside our garage. We uncrated it. It was packaged very nicely. Of course there is some assembly, but not much. However, the instructions were almost useless. We put it on 2 harbor freight moving dollies to move it to where we wanted it. One unit is pretty heavy. In less than 40 minutes, they were uncrated, moved and was balancing a tire. We have used it over a dozen times in less than a month and we are very pleased. It doesn't come with any wheel weights, so you may want to pre-order some of those and have them on hand. I like that there is plenty of storage squares on top of the balancer for all different sizes and types of weights. Very handy! It looks good appears to be better quality than I thought it would for the price. It seems to be durable enough to last a good while. I would definitely purchase again.

The tire changer was out of stock, so the seller upgraded my machine at the same price. I now have a T800 tire changer. I strongly recommend purchasing a machine that has an assist arm. The T800 doesn’t have an assist arm. Fortunately, I was able to adapt an assist arm to my machine! Everything works great, and I am pleased with the seller! Again, be sure to order a machine with an assist arm!
