So in general great multi vitamin, takes care of core areas to keep you going. Note I generally take these on 14hr ish rotation as a night worker. If you have chronic stomach problems they may help your digestion as much as they have helped me. The antioxidant blend I won't recommend on based on differences in physiology. Their customer service is prompt on checking the order as well. Flavor is well similar to well your plain vitamin what'd you expect. Been taking it for the past month now and I guess it is doing what it is made to do. I know that there teally isn't a flavor, it is easy to swallow, and the packaging was cool. Drink plenty if water as well as eat with it or a meal replacer because you will smell it in your urine. I will go to the doctors to see further blood analysis to see any evidence by a physician testing. ... show more
