Absolutely the best sound yet! I love my littmann cardi but it doesn’t even compare in sound quality! It is a good weight, and it looks amazing! I love the galaxy print! I like that it is functional and has personality. I registered it right away for warranty and bought the pediatric attachment to go with it for Peds clinical!

Bought this due to my littman cardiac IV tube had rotted. I had for 7 or 8 years. I have to say it is much lighter. But sounds more muffled not that I can't hear with it. The littman was better. (I did use my longest helpers my family as they have always let me listen to heart, lungs and bowels throughout nursing school). The quality is by far way better than the disposable ones. I had thought that it must be good if the company is willing to have a lifetime warranty. I feel the brand is more about how the item looks than sound quality. Price wise I wish I had just gotten a new littman cardiac IV. I do like the interchangeable heads for peds and neonatal attachments.
