I had wanted a nice TV stand for the living room, but decided to go with two of the kennels to help with my cat 'problem'. The two cats in the picture (black/white tuxies) are bullies to each other and will fight, but I wanted a way to have everyone in the room at the same time. The kennels aren't as cosmetically pleasing as a TV cabinet, but it was a good compromise. I loved lifting the kennels out of the box, fully assembled (except for the door latches, there are 2, doors and top lid). They aren't SUPER-sturdy, if you had a large, rowdy dog, but sturdy enough for my purposes. I'll put some decorative panels to cover the slats when the kennels aren't in use. So happy I bought these!

This is a very nice and convenient crate. I'm currently in the process of moving and staying in several places before my house is built. It is very easy to fold up and go to the next place. However as you can see in the pictures the wood is rather cheap and a few flaws especially around one of the hinges is cracked a bit. The feel of the wood is rough I plan on putting another semi-gloss coat on the exterior. I would definitely buy it again. I have a dachshund and the crate is a good size but would not get any smaller. I put an item inside the crate as comparison. I also added a water bowl that connected nicely to the bars

As a combination dog bed and piece of furniture, I couldn't be happier. It came out of the box and was set up in a matter of minutes. Good solid construction, not particleboard or cardboard. BUT THE SMELL!! I dont know if its cedar or pine but you can't walk past the room with out smelling it. I tried to spray it with Febreze, wiping it down with Murphy's Oil Soap and last night I actually spread baking soda all over the top. Nothing has worked. My next thought is to put it out on my front porch to air it out. I just cant bring myself to allow my dog to sleep in a cedar chest. So for now her old crate is sitting in the middle of the room, waiting for the new one to become useable.

Good crate…. Looks very nice, but don’t expect the good looks to last unless your dog/puppy is beyond the chewing stage. I’d recommend one of the crates that features the wire mesh between puppy and that pretty (and apparently tasty) wood exterior unless you’re pretty sure Fido can resist. Otherwise, it’s secure and works as expected.

This dog crate is one of my favorite purchases for my dogs. We have minimal space in our house so it helped keeping the house looking cluttered with having multiple metal dog kennels. They are extremely light weight and easy to fold up making it great for traveling purposes. The product also comes pre-assembled besides the hardware making it easy to set up. My only complaint would be the chemical smell when first taking it out of the packaging. My product arrived in a timely manner and the business was great getting back to me with my questions/concerns.

I’ve had this crate for over a year now and wanted to wait to write a review to really make sure it’s stable. If you’re looking for a pet crate that not only withstands one crackhead cat but TWO- this is your absolute best option. It’s stable, the process of unboxing it and setting it up was super quick, and cleaning it is even quicker. I got a pet crate insert bed from my local pet store to place on the tray, and I rotate blankets and flannels in it. My cats adore it, even when I was cleaning it today the younger one was meowing and running around it trying to get in as I was vacuuming the bed. As you can see there’s slight wear on the top part as that’s where the cats claws are the most, and they aren’t gentle when they’re stretching and using it as a ledge to grab on to. 12/10 would recommend and have recommended it to many friends and family, as my younger one is a spawn from hell some nights and I have to “put him in kitty jail” for the night but when I do he goes right in and right to sleep. Again, if you’re looking for something that not only tames the beast for the night but also something your pets will love right away that’s better than the standard crate by a million- this is your go-to.

We purchased two of these dog crates for our dogs, and they look great in our home. My only real concern is that they do not seem very sturdy. It would also be nice if there was something to prevent the top from slamming. For the cost, they could be a little more sturdy.
