This chair is super comfortable. I wanted a chair that had the USB ports, which this one does. However, I’ve had the chair almost a month and I’ve gone through two USB cables. When you plug-in the cables, then use your phone or your iPad in your chair, the cables bend at the base, and break easily. I
also found that I really did not need the heat or massage function. Maybe this winter I will change my mind about the heat. The chair is super quiet, which is nice. I would recommend this chair if you truly need the heat and massage, and you are not concerned about your cables. I’ve had to go back to having the USB ports I was using before I got the chair, which defeats my original intent.

I bought this chair for myself. I reviewed and sat in many lift recliners and finally chose to purchase this chair. I have to say I was nervous about buying a recliner online but went ahead and did it. The chair looks better in person than in the computer. I am 5’9” and 195lbs. And was not disappoint
ed when I sat in it. A little stiff but I think that will work it’s way out in time. I definitely needed the foot extension when reclined. It’s only been a few days so I hope that it remains as comfortable in the future as it is today.

Overall not a bad chair but with a few issues.

After surgery, I needed a chair that could help me get in and out with ease. We bought this chair hoping it would meet my needs. For the most part it did but when reclining, it was uncomfortable around the head and neck area if I stayed in it too long. Although comfy overall, I do wish the leg portio
n and the back portion had independent controls rather than being one control. I wanted to be able to adjust my back without raising my legs. I did have an issue with the chair where it collapsed on me several times as I was raising it to get out of it. It seemed the lift mechanism would give way and the chair would come crashing down. It was painful for me given I just had surgery. I wanted to like the chair but ended up returning it in the end. P.S. The seller was awesome - very communicative and responsive during the return process.

I am looking for help to get my Mom's chair replaced after only 2 months.

Update: The company replaced the chair that was not working correctly. They sent it out at no cost. We are great full for the service. Original review: My parents purchased matching his and hers lift chairs in May of 2023. They arrived on time and were easy to put together and seemed a good quality.
Very nice looking. However, after only 2 months of use my Mom's chair tilts to 1 side when she reclines making the chair very uncomfortable. She is only 140 lb and they are in their 80's so the furniture is not treated rough. I messaged the seller through the Amazon site and I have now left 2 messages with the company. I hope they reach out to take care of their product. If you are considering purchasing I would recommend waiting to see if they stand behind their product. Most elderly people can't afford to waste over $600.

I contacted the company and they sent a replacement arm which solves the problem, and that was done within three

easy to assemble lightweight enough that I assembled it by myself, comfortable chair overall , love the USB port to charge phones, tablets or laptops, two cup holders and pockets to hold remotes. The only weakness is the "massage" which is basically a vibration, but not the main reason I bought it. c
an take me from sitting to standing which will come in useful after future knee replacement. I am 5'2" I picked the medium size chair and my legs and feet are amply supported and do not hang over.
