Half the chair arrived really fast. FedEx misplaced the other half but I sent message to the seller who took care of it right away and the other half was delivered 3 days earlier than expected. Easy assembly and looks great. The heat and massage and lift features are wonderful for my back issues. Love this chair!!! UPDATE: Really wish the chair would recline further back. I was told by the person who assembled my recliner that it was easy to assemble. Although remote control looks complicated, it is not. There are several pockets to hold items, and 2 cupholders as well, but I still suggest having a small table beside the chair to hold other items. The recliner is very comfortable. 04/30/2021 Update. Here we are it's the end of April and my chair has surpassed the lemon it replaced. The old chair 4 months into the purchase was having problems meanwhile it's replacement hasn't shown any indication of weakness in the same amount of time. In fact the first thing I noticed was more height by a couple inches upon the first sitting, secondly it was quieter and lastly smoothness of operation. Bottom line I'm very happy. My next chair will be a little larger as I didn't know the different heights. Mine turned out to be a medium size which I'm led to believe will accommodate up to a 6ft person. I do feel comfy in it so I can imagine myself in a larger chair with the same width and seat height but a slightly higher backrest. I give this chair and Mcombo 5 stars/thumbs up. 👍👍👍👍👍 12/11/2020 Update. This evening my daughter was heading out to check our mailbox when she stopped cold then said "There's a huge box outside". Low and behold there's a Mcombo (in box) Replacement Recliner sitting on our porch. My recently bought chair had gotten to a point where I could no longer use the comfort features specifically recliner and more so the riser which aids in standing up. Fortunately thanks to Amazon, Mcombo, and their Customer Service Reps for making things happen. I loved (still do) my chair and I'm guessing the dead one was a lemon. Happens to vehicles, same goes for any product line. Fact of the matter is, when a manufacturer/seller believes in their product they'll do whatever is necessary to keep the customer happy as opposed to others who simply want your money. Good and bad, that's the nature of business. The chances of another lemon? Only time will tell. Ramirez, Vet USN. 12/04/2020 Spoke with Amazon Reps for a solution to the condition of my chair. It's in the works. I advise anyone 6ft above 220lb to reconsider because shortly after closing our meeting (wAmazon) another bolt sheared off preventing the chair to properly recline. I'm beginning to believe the chair wasn't put thru a repetitive weight test. Currently my recliner is reclining toward the left and I'm having to use a padded foot stool to prop my legs up. If kept on the floor for a prolonged time my legs get very sore. Here's to a rapid solution even if I have purchase from another source. I'll have be sure the chair is of higher quality and workmanship too. I thank Amazon Staff for their time and effort in aiding me with my situation. Sad part, I loved my chair. 11/26/2020 Last night the bolts sheared off the stabilizer bars as I was raising the chair to stand. The front/leg rest suddenly dropped. No injury, just surprised. Reclining works good with a little shifting left and right on the way back but forget raising it up to stand. I trust the recliner but not the riser for standing. Think the chair max supported weight should be lowered to 200lb. I'm 64yo, 6'ft, weigh 280lb and diagnosed with arthritis and osteoarthritis and I don't believe the VA would supply me with a recliner. (As if. :D) I love my chair but I believe I got a lemon. Currently awaiting for a resolution from seller/warranty svc. A replacement might end up being a twin if it can't handle my weight and daily use. Anyone over 200lb I say beware. ... show more

***UPDATED 07/30/2019*** I would like to add some additional information about this chair. Not even three months into my mom owning and operating this (I bought it for her birthday in April, 2019), The chair's massage and heat features FAILED. Although, the tilt, recline and lift features still worked. I checked all connections and could not locate how to fix the issue myself. I was pretty discouraged. As was my mom. She has LOVED this chair since I got it for her. Prior to contacting ExacMe (the company that sold the chair through Amazon), I came back to the reviews here to see if anyone had experienced a similar problem. There were a handful of people that had. One reviewer spoke very positive of his experience in getting his chair fixed. He also noted that this company went as far as to research and change noted design flaws so that newer series of chairs do not suffer the same issues. My interaction with ExacMe was VERY POSITIVE. I have read a few reviewer comments who have really had some trouble with this company. I, however, did not. Most of my conversation was with a representative by the name of William. William sent a new remote control for the failed heat and massage portion of the chair. Within a couple of days, UPS had delivered the new part. Sadly, the new remote did not fix the problem. I reached out to ExacMe again. This time, they sent an entirely new back for the chair. Including, just to be safe, all new remotes, connectors and power cables/supplies. That, too, arrived quickly via UPS. I'd like to report that the new back worked. And I doubled checked the new remote they had sent prior to find that it worked, also. So now I have extra remotes and parts in case something should happen again. But, hopefully, that won't be for a long while. Needless to say, my mom is happy to have her chair back in full working order. Yes, it is frustrating to have this product fail in less than three months. But... BUT... the level of customer service and dedication to immediately rectify the issues as quickly as possible is something I find to be quite admirable. I feel that this company is working with customers on not only fixing problems, but finding solutions to prevent future problems. And as a customer, I appreciate that and would buy from them again. *** END UPDATE *** I, like most people who have bought this chair, purchased this for a parent who is a senior. It was a present for my mom on her recent 74th birthday. She loves it! I wouldn't necessarily say that it's "easy" to put together. It takes a little bit of time. Not much. But some. The back and arms came in a separate box. They all slide into place and lock. There are a couple of cords to plug into each other and then into an available wall outlet. So, be sure you have suitable space near an electrical outlet. Everything on the chair works tremendously, by the way. The recline feature, the lift feature, the heating feature (which takes time to warm up, according to my mother), the USB ports, the cup holders and, my mother's favorite, the massage features. There are NUMEROUS settings for the massage features. It even allows you the opportunity to go into a manual mode and select various ways to set the massage feature to your own preferences. There is a side pocket on the chair. However, it's too low for seniors with joint problems to have to reach for anything in it. Therefore, the remotes for the chair go in one cup holder and the remote for the TV and Amazon FireTV Stick go in the other cup holder. But for the price (and a month of ownership, thus far) the chair has been a fantastic purchase for the price. Truth be told, I want one for myself. ... show more
