  • Protection and Fit are Awesome!!
Size: Small Unit Count: 96
These briefs are wonderful! My adult daughter is handicapped and in a wheelchair. She is very small but too big for youth sizes even if her weight is within the range. We have tried MANY briefs and it is SO hard to find one that fits her AND no 'wet outs'. Our DME providers do not cover these, they want you to use the less expensive ones. But if you have to add a pad etc it's brings the price up and it's bulky. We pay out of pocket. It is worth it! ... show more

  • They made them even better! (better tapes/better fabric)
Size: Medium Unit Count: 96.0
I buy these from time to time when the Walgreens brand starts acting up. Inevitably a change is always made in these "budget" incontinence products and usually it always winds up being awful. Not this time though. McKesson made the outside less papery and more soft and upgraded the tapes as well. It genuinely feels much closer to the nice, cloth-like fabric that you'd find on some more premium products. The tapes feel sturdy and remind me of those found on something like Huggies. The break point on me for tapes though is typically where the tape is attached to the diaper itself and not a problem with it actually sticking. Still, the last run of these that I had had some tapes that were very stiff and had some sharp corners. Those are gone now and some nice, relatively soft ones are in their place. Unlike the walgreens brand they don't seem to have made them narrower either and they look well reinforced. If they act up on me in the coming weeks I'll amend this, but so far I'm LOVING the upgrades I also only wear these with boosters so I can't comment on the absorbancy but I don't find myself leaking often in these or running into massive capacity issues too early on. I can say with confidence that the leg gatherers seem to work much better than the Walgreens brand I was using. They seem to have nicer elastic. They ride a little lower in the back as well so they're more discreet. Might not be ideal for bed-time coverage but I've not had too much of an issue there. I don't have that many leaks in these and now they're even softer and quieter. Overall I'm impressed. I really wasn't expecting an upgrade to these. I'd sadly gotten used to the papery, cheap "cloth-like"-"fabric" that every company uses in this price range. Very, very happy. I'll be buying these a lot more often! I don't know who's steering this product forward, but whoever it is, cheers to you! UPDATE: To update, I have had some issues with the tapes stretching a little too much over-time and needing to be readjusted. This has lead to some leaks which I feel shouldn't have happened. If there was a way to minimize this or keep this from happening so that they would stay snug then these would be ideal. Especially the bottom tapes which have a habit of loosening up on me which leads to the leakguards failing. It's not a dealbreaker by a longshot, but It's a bit annoying and means they're not *quite* as attractive for night time use as I'd initially hoped. ... show more

  • Do not buy. Expensive and they leak.
Size: Large Unit Count: 72
Diapers did not live up to expectations. They tear easily and they leak.

  • Good diapers
Size: XX-Large Unit Count: 48
I got these diapers for my nightly incontinence issues caused by my autism, instead of wearing pull ups that sometimes leaks. After by boyfriend who is a nurse recommended them to me ad they are what they use a the nursinh hom he works at. They are soft and thin but keeps my bed dry at night. Had to have my boyfriend put them on me as they were hard for me to get tight by myself, but said that he would rather me be in diapers instead of waking up to a wet bed. ... show more

  • good value for the money
Size: Small Unit Count: 96
we have a non verbal autistic 22 year old in diapers. he is 6’ 2” and only weighs 125 due to his metabolism and the seizure meds that he is on. it was hard to find a diaper big enough to fit him, but with small enough leg openings so that. everything didn’t just fall out. we were using tranquility but they have doubled in price over the last 6 years, and with 3 to 4 (sometimes 5) changes a day, diapers started competing with our food bills. enter these diapers, they offer great protection, and seem to be comfortable (as he will remove anything that irritates him, even in public!) and the resealable tape is nice so we can check him without destroying the diapers if he’s still clean. he drinks a lot of water, and these are absorbent enough hold it all during the day, and we put a diaper pad liner in for overnight just in case. he likes to sit like a bird, feet flat on the ground, with his knees in front of his chin and his bottom off the ground (when i try that, i fall over) so we appreciate the extra stretch and give they have. ... show more

  • Product is fine - but shipper is difficult
Size: Small Unit Count: 96
We ordered the wrong item, and had to return the product. The shipper charged over 1/2 the cost of the item to return. We are a non-profit caring for people with dementia. I know health care items are grossly overpriced and take advantage of people with very limited incomes, but this was very uncalled for. I won't buy from McKesson again because of it. We order briefs almost every week, but they will not be from McKesson again. Understanding it was our error and there would be a restocking fee is fine, but seriously, this was extreme. Especially because the only way to ship it back was to drive to the shipping company and take it in myself. Having Amazon pick up wasn't even an option. That was many trips to carry all the boxes we ordered into a shipper. Terrible customer service. If I could give no starts based on the experience, I would. ... show more

  • Tried them…..
Size: XX-Large Unit Count: 12
Size is fine, but not as absorbent as the Bariatric 3XL is for us… was hoping they would work out for us as the price is much better on these!

  • McKesson Adult Briefs...perfect.
Size: XX-Large Unit Count: 48
The briefs are softer and more giving than other adult diapers. The tabs are secured to the other side easily and do not rip when fastening.
