Fits as it should, although for the price of the radio, one would think that Icom could INCLUDE these with the radio purchase, instead of charging extra for yet another piece to be able to mount the radio.

It would have 5 stars except the first one I ordered was never shipped. The bracket itself is perfectly fine. You get all the mounting hardware. Nothing against the seller, it was Amazon's screw up.

    • Good sturdy bracket
I'm a bit irritated that I have to buy this bracket separately. Icom really should include this with the radio. That said, the bracket is very sturdy, well made, and powder coated with a nice texture.

It's a mobile radio bracket like you would expect. It's still beyond me why Icom wouldn't just include this with the 5100. Makes me like Yaesu that much more.

This is a bracket to mount a amateur radio. Why the manufacturer didn't provide one with the radio is beyond me. I knew it didn't come with the radio so it was no surprise. Why the bracket didn't come with the small metric screws is just as ridiculous.
