I wanted a waterproof touch-screen for my Honda Talon so I bought this vs just using a iPad using a mount like everyone else does. I like this GMR7V1 except the touchscreen has does have a slower response time and can be glitchy but for the price I can’t complain and really like it. You have to use a amp to power speakers since there’s only RCA outputs put does have alot of options. The picture quality it great. I also bought the reverse camera that goes with this stereo but the wires are way to short and can only be used for a front camera.

Junk for the price and I’m really disappointed I have to say that. Have had the head unit for a few months now and I’ve been pleased with it till today. We do quite a bit of riding and when we go camping it sits outside like everyone else’s and we’ve had a very rainy year and with the design of the screen tilt and lip on the bottom water will just sit there. Long story short went for a ride today and the screen never came on I went through the wiring vigorously and ultimately came to the conclusion that the headunit is no good. Really really unfortunate for the price of this thing. I would not recommend in a sxs without a full enclosure.

Works great and is waterproof. I have gotten it wet many times while using and still works awesome. Keep in mind, this unit does require an auxiliary amp. Car play works awesome! Would recommend.

Amazing product apple play works great so does Bluetooth connectivity Paired up to a Rockville 6 channel amp along with 4 kicker km6 speakers and 1 kicker 10inch marine subwoofer And a rear camera for water sports Has option for front camera as well.

DO NOT BUY THIS FOR A SXS. I bought the first one and went for a weekend ride and it stopped working after barely getting wet. Returned it and got a replacement and after two rides same thing. Stopped working again, screen flickered a few times, and now nothing. For the price of this head unit and it’s description I trusted the product to find its garage.

Unit doesn’t clip sending good signal to the amps. Car play a little laggy. Overall good head unit. Update on 3 month / this thing has some lagging issues to where it freezes including the buttons / I like to update the firmware, however mb quart doesn’t have no instructions on the manual. 50 % of the time it does connect through wire car play, even with iPhone setting to automatically open car play with no passcode or Face ID. It very annoying. I change my review from 5 to 3 sorry.
