A couple of years ago I was having issues with my urinary tract. Coffee seemed to irritate me. A friend suggested I try organic coffee. I found most of it was outrageously expensive. Mayorga brand is a better value per pound and the flavor is much better than most commercial coffee brands. The Winter blend has an even better flavor, I think it has a note of chocolate to it. The magic of this coffee is you mix these beans with any other beans, beans that aren't great, and it will boost their flavor profile into something drinkable. Powerful stuff. Really strong on its own, but adds kick to weak beans. Like hamburger helper for coffee beans!
