The pano flanges are excellent for pumping moms who need a wider angle inside the “bowl” of the flange. The tunnel is also extra long to accommodate elasticity without discomfort. The only downside is that they are bulky and can tip your bottles over if they are not full enough. I’ve tried so many different things to make pumping more comfortable, but I always come back to these flanges.

I have tried multiple flanges/sizes/pumps/inserts, you name it. First time mom who’s exclusively pumping and also learned about having elastic nipples. Pumping with elastic nipples IS A CHALLENGE. everyone is different but these flanges have made a huge difference in my pumping time and output. Still new to using the flanges but so far I’m very happy. I ordered a 17mm and measure a 17mm. With elastic nipples you don’t want to size up, stay true to size. This has worked best for me. These flanges definitely help to hold back breast tissue and areola from being drawn into the flange. So far 10/10 recommend.

I prefer the more oval shaped and these worked but were not that comfortable! The plastic on the edge was a little sharper and harder than others I have used.

These flanges are perfect for those of us bigger cheasted women. The larger flange makes them easy to use. They function as intended and don’t move around a lot. You will need a smaller brush to clean all the crevasses. The pink rubber edges make them super comfy, so worth the money
