I originally thought the neck was too short to fit my Pump In Style, but it turns out my husband packed the wrong ones. The adapters from this brand all look alike, so it is easy to get mixed up if you're not paying attention. But, once you have the right ones, they work great!

We use the Phillips Avent Natural bottles and these are compatible with my Medela pump accessories. Very helpful when you want to pump straight into the bottle instead of exchanging liquids, so you don't miss a drop!

One of the best purchases I made. This fits my Medela Freestyle Flex and I can fit both MAM and pigeon bottles with the adapters. So much less time pumping into bags when I can pump directly into the bottles. A time life-saver for those that need to feed via bottle. Quality seems really good as well. This will work to take the standard evenflo pump to a lansinoh bottle! It should also work to take standard evenflo to the wideneck evenflo, but I haven't personally tested that. Just giving it 4 stars though bc it's annoying to clean. Oh also just a tip if you are trying to convert pumps/bottles. Going from smaller to larger (like this) is much better than the other way around. This way there isn't an edge for the milk to get stuck. ... show more

This works perfectly with our Medela Freestyle Flex pump! If you use Nanobebe silicon bottles, you can use these as well but you’ll need to modify them, or at least until the manufacturer makes a new “shorter” bottom section. I sanded the bottom lip down until it JUST TOUCHES the threads and now it fits perfectly! Alternatively you could double up the washer and only sand a bit, but these work sooo good now with our bottles! Just wish they made another version that fits or silicon nanobebe bottles to our Medela Freestyle Flex pump but a little elbow grease of effort and a course sander did wonders! ... show more

You need these if you are a pumping mom and using laninosh bottles but not pump. I pump once a day to give my boy a bottle and this cuts down on the medala storage bottles I was washing since we give him laninosh bottles. Works like a charm
