The quality of these sheets is outstanding! I love the thick elastic band that keeps the sheets secure. With an adjustable bed that is some times a challenge but these never come off! They feel great. Sizing is perfect.

I like the feel and the breathability of the sheets. I think you would call it cooling. The fabric quality is good and so is the thickness. They have the feel of man made material and that is what I was looking for for my sheets.

I have had some issues with the flat sheet unraveling, and I received a used set of sheets instead of a new pair like I purchased, also they are rough on my skin but I have sensitive skin. The sewing job is awful I can see where they went out of line and sewed the boarder all crooked, Alot of strings are falling off and they say in the description that these bed sheets are supposed to fit up to a 18 inch mattress but that is not true and I contacted the seller to see if they would be willing to exchange the queen size ones I bought for a King size but they never addressed this and just said they will have their company look into why they aren't fitting a mattress up to 18 inches like they claim. So Iam disappointed in this company because my bed is a queen size and these queen size bed sheets should be able to fit on my bed if they were truly deep pocket bed sheets up to 18 inches but that's not the case I will include a picture of how their queen size bed sheets fit on my queen size bed and it's just awful. When I toss and turn they come off the mattress, so I was really hoping that because I purchased the sheets on sale that the company would be willing to let me at least give them back these bed sheets that haven't ever been washed, I just put them straight on my bed right out of the package. However they never responded on the issue which I think isn't good customer satisfaction. I would return them but then I wouldn't get to purchase the king size set for the sale price because they took them off sale. Iam very disappointed in Mayfair Linens lack of customer satisfaction, for the price they are charging I need a sheet to actually fit my bed and be of good quality. So I don't think these sheets are worth what they are charging for them because of all these issues. So I don't recommend buying these bed sheets if you have a 18 inch mattress like I do because they won't fit. Also Mayfair Linen please change your title description saying that these bed sheets fit mattress up to 18 inches because this is false. Also if you check the tag some have tags that say 100% Natural Cotton, others say 100% Egyptian Cotton, and even some others say Mayfair Linen 100% Long Staple Cotton. So I don't know what is going on with this company or why the quality is not the same in all of their bed sheets, some are thin and see through and some you get are nice and thick. I would like to know why their product has so many different tags on the same item because I purchased 2 sets of grey striped sheet sets from this company and one had the Mayfair Linen 100% Long Staple Cotton on it while the other set said 100% Egyptian Cotton? Also I purchased a blush set that said 100% Natural Cotton and correct me if I am wrong but isn't Egyptian Cotton and Natural Cotton two different things? But they state in there description page that they are 100% Egyptian Cotton Sateen Weave so I don't know why the different tags and textures of the product. In the pictures above you can see the difference between one of the grey striped sheet sets I purchased verses the other set of the grey striped sheet sets, as you can see one is so thin and see through, while the other one is thick. Also I included a picture of the ivory bed sheets I purchased to show you that a queen size bed sheets doesn't fit a 18 inch mattress like they claim. If your bed is over 12inch I would suggest purchasing a king size and I hope you get a set of the thick bed sheets. It's just luck of the draw I guess on what quality of bed sheets you will exactly get. Myself I am done wasting my time and money with this company because I am not happy with the inconsistencies in their product. I hope this review helps others!

The fabric is harsh for 1000 thread count. it fits well and stays put but the fabric is coarser than I am used to with a high thread count. Thats my only complaint even with washing and softening, they're still pretty harsh. Probably would not purchase this again
