For two years. Two years I suffered in silence. Yes. I.... I a struggling young adult struggled with only one... Yes that's right ONE set of sheets. Every week it was the same. Strip the bed. Wash the sheets, dry the sheets, remake the bed. Over the 2 years my one poor set of sheets took a beating. They saw countless menstrual cycles, various cold and flue viruses, dogs, and sleep overs. I meticulously washed and bleached those sheets until one day I took them from the wash and noted that they were beyond bleaching or stain removal. There were dying.... They were dying gray. I searched high and low. Went to target and TJ Maxx... But to no avail. Why... Why were simple square pieces of fabric $50.00!?!?!? I could not afford this. I could not justify the spending of $50.00 on plain white fabric. So I searched. I searched high and I searched low Until I came here... To The Amazon. It was here. Here I discovered them. Plain white sheets at a modest and affordable price. "Don't buy them! You'll regret it! You need Egyptian cotton!" My mother said. "No! I care not what cotton they be! All I need are sheets! I have no one to impress! No one who shares my bed! I am a lowly virgin promised in matrimony to another with a sworn vow of chastity! I care not for fancy sheets!" I shouted. So I bought them. I honestly never thought I would end up loving Amazon Basics sheets, but here we are. Beyond the fact that they’re obviously very affordable, I have no idea what their microfiber blend is made of — but it is so incredibly soft. Genuinely softer than some expensive sets I’ve tried. They also wash extremely well, stay smooth, and don’t pill or wrinkle easily. The Cream (King) size fits perfectly with the deep pockets, and the fabric feels lightweight and breathable. At this point, I basically only buy Amazon sheets. The quality-for-price is unbeatable, and they’re just ridiculously comfortable. Final verdict: Ultra-soft, easy to wash, durable, and unbeatable value. I’m genuinely impressed — didn’t expect to love them this much.

I only received the sheet set today so please keep that in mind. They are super soft and have very deep pockets worth great elastic corners that hold well. The color is a pictured. My issue with sheets is the material after days of use tend to bead up on the surface to make the sheets feel rough. I will update this review in a couple weeks after use to see how the material hooks up.

Softness These sheets are made of 100% polyester. The texture is surprisingly soft and do indeed help to keep you warm. Especially when coupled with an extra sheet and comforter on top. A single top sheet alone is not quite enough to keep you warm on cold nights but that's not the point anyway. Wrinkle Resistance So far the sheets have not developed many wrinkles. That is nice. Deep Pockets The hospital bed we used the bed sheets on are about 4-6 inches. The pockets on these sheets have a depth of 14 inches. So safe to say they fit well. They are a bit baggy actually but when tightened around the bottom and fastened it fits okay. Fit As mentioned above, the deep pockets are a bit baggy but that is because we are not using it on a traditional mattress and bed. The pillow case is a standard size and also fits one of the pillows she had well. All in all, we are satisfied with these sheets and will continue to use them. If we ever need to replace them, I will most likely be getting one of these again.

My mom who is picky about sheets and usually buys the pricey ones even agrees that these a great. I made her try them out before I told her the price. When I checked last, they were on her bed so she must like them or I can assure you they wouldn’t be on.

From the first night, they felt like the crisp, cool sheets you sink into at a 5-star resort—super soft, lightweight, and breathable even in humid summer nights. No sweaty wake-ups! The deep pockets hug my 14" mattress (with topper) like a glove—no slipping corners—and the elastic is strong but not fight-to-get-on tight. Washed them twice already (cold, tumble low) and they came out wrinkle-free, colors vibrant, zero shrinkage or fuzz balls. For a queen set under $25, this is absurd value. My partner actually said, “These feel expensive,” and now fights me for the fitted sheet. If you want buttery comfort without the splurge, stock up—these are my new sleep staple! 🌙
