Ordered this jacket in 2019 and it was absolutely incredible. My husband loves it. The quality was top notch. It got a slight tear in it, so I purchased a replacement in 2023 (the same jacket). The quality of the jacket in 2023 left much to be desired, it weighs less, the leather is very thin and there isn’t much insulation. My husband wore it anyway, he really liked the style. The replacement jacket tears so easily, like paper. I purchased the lifetime warranty on the jacket, but when I tried to use it after the new jacket got a tear in it, customer service refused to honor the warranty. They told me that a manager would call me back but they never did. Do not purchase from Milwaukee Leather. They claim their products haven’t changed but rest assured, they have.
