Stays on all day. Smudges just enough. I’ve been using this for years, and it’s my go-to. I love that I can control how thin/wide the line is with the angle of the liner. SO much better than making multiple lines with a thin pencil. It’s always soft, and doesn’t irritate my sensitive lids going on. Gorgeous, consistent dark color. The only thing I hated about getting it from Amazon is the packaging: it wasn’t attached to cardboard like you’d find at the drugstore. Instead, the “package” was an adhesive clear plastic seal entirely covering the eyeliner. It took TEN minutes to open and it’s still sticky a week later. C’mon, Amazon. You can definitely do better that this.

Great for the waterline application OR it can be used to make a smokey eye because subtle blurring of this pencil can be done with minimal pressure when applying. It can smudge slightly but it is very easy to fix and does not happen often only when out in heavy activity such as playing in the ocean.
