After one application it seemed as if the make-up itself was dried up or as if the tube was not filled completely. It arrived intact, sealed. So not sure what is up. Great value. Lasted a full day+ on my oily lids - way longer wear than Glossier eyewash. Smooth application. Love the color (35 Flare), the matte finish, and the coverage - enjoyed it so much I bought another matte color to try. I purchased this because Bethenny Frankel recommended it and I trust her and she gave a fair review because she just tried it a couple times. I ordered it in Crave and the dark blue. The crave was perfection. it’s a medium neutral matte brown in color but somehow it has a satin finish or feels like a satin new product when applying. It went on like a dream and was so easy to use and I found that it was the only shadow I needed other than some thing under my brow bone and I could define my hooded eyes so well. it looks beautiful. When I went to use it for the third time I noticed I couldn’t get much product out and then the fourth and fifth time there was barely any product left. Either the wand doesn’t go down far enough to reach the product or there wasn’t much product to begin with. I heard someone else say that you have to pump the product but there’s no way to pump it as there is no spring on the Or give to allow you to get down to the product that’s at the bottom of the tube. I just tried the blue one the other day and it was gorgeous on my eyes and did exactly what I wanted it to do. It was very easy to use but by the end of the day it was dry and crumbly at the corners. Maybe I put too much on in that area, but still. I wanted to be able to accentuate the outer corner more. I noticed the price went up because I got it for under six dollars and now it’s up to $10 I think due to Bethenny‘s recommendation. I don’t know if I got an old product because that can happen here and I might be willing to give it another try if I bought it in the store. That’s my experience with it. I haven’t use the blue one to know whether that one will have as little product in it as the Krave color. I don’t think I would purchase it from Amazon again. ... show more

I use this as upper lid thick liner. Really like product—easy to use, good color & result, but rather pricey for what you get. . . & come on— it’s Maybelline, which has always been department store competitive quality product at drugstore prices. For this price, it should be sold in a 2-pack w/one applicator. Just a thought. ... show more

The color is beautiful, sort of a burnished burgundy. It goes on smooth and stays on all day. Lol I have even slept in it a time or two and woke up with the color the same as when I first put it on!

Zohhhhmmmggggg I love these. I’m a natural makeup person and spend 10 minutes max on my face each day. I put this over Laura Mercier’s eye primer and it lasts all day. Plays nice with the Maybelline color tattoo pots, too. ZERO creasing, fallout, wear, blending or budging all day, through workouts, hikes, chores and sweat. The colors I’ve tried are great but neutral (hustle, rally, chase). Not sure how the value will pan out compared to other cream eyeshadow because the packaging is small, but for $7 so far I’m very happy. ... show more

I don;t wear makeup much at all. I wanted something that had ease of use and doesn't smear. I tried this dark matt color thinking I could use it instead of eyeliner. I put it on lining my eyelid right above the lash line. Within an hour I looked like a racoon who had a hard night. What I put on top of my lashes was now under my eye. If you have ever had that happen and try to wipe it away you make situation much worse. Although this is inexpensive it is not worth the money in my opinion.
