After purchasing quite a few different brow pencils I finally chose this one as my favorite. Long lasting, soft, very easy to apply, Unforunately the one i just is received was dried out and defective but have gotten no response from Maybelline so im pretty disappointed. On a positive note,extremely inexpensive compared to others that I have paid more $ for but less effective in one way or another.     • This is the strangest eyebrow pencil I’ve ever had
Color: 248 LIGHT BLONDE Size: 0.01 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I’m not sure what the lengthening aspect is of this pencil; for the most part, the color is pretty good… But!… There are black dots in the pencil, that, when applied to the brow, make the brow line very, very dark. It’s almost as if a tiny speck of charcoal is in the pencil. And I end up with very dark lines throughout the line of my brow. So I use an eyebrow brush to blend. Not thrilled with this, but it is hard to find good brow pencils that are for a light blonde. ... show more

As I have found out--this is being discontinued by Mabelline so it is hit & miss if you get a "fresh" product. I have now gotten 2 different tubes that were hard and unusable. Not Amazon's fault! Sad to see this discontinued as I loved the easiness it went on!

I like this brow pencil a lot: It was easy to apply and the consistency was good. A few other reviews mentioned that it was dry and tended to break easily, but I didn't have issues with any of that. It glided on easily and seemed sturdy enough, although I don't use a ton of pressure when I apply it. I liked the size of the tip -- it wasn't too thick or too thin, so it was very easy to fill in my brows to get a natural look without too much effort. As for the color, I got Light Blonde, and it was pretty good. I have Blonde brows/lashes, and have a hard time finding a good brow color: They're almost always WAY too dark. Although this one is a tad darker than I'd like, it's not bad and I don't have to remove too much color after I apply it. It's also a good value for the money, so I'll most likely be ordering it again. ... show more

I'm putting a one star, because it seems like they changed the formula. This is my go to eye brow pencil, because of the little fibers that attach to my eyebrows to create a natural look. There are no fibers. I knew something was off and I took a closer look and its just a regular wax stick. It usually has little fibers at the tip. Something is not right about this stick. I'm able to use it to create my brows, but doesn't look the same. Just disappointed. ... show more
