I have always been a fan of the Cole Haan brand and their dress-casual shoes. I wear them on gigs where I stand for several hours, or if I have to walk quite a bit and they are super comfortable. I frequently get compliments and they seem quite durable. Whenever they go on sale, I just buy another pair for backup...I travel quite a bit so this cuts down on the amount I need to pack. They are pricey but if you want comfortable dress shoes this is your shoe. Extremely comfortable for a larger guy with plantar fasciitis. Wear these all day long no problem and they look super sharp.

I bought these before a business trip where I was going to have to be in dress clothes and on my feet all day for several days. I wasn’t confident in any dress shoe I had at the time. I broke these in by walking over 10 miles per day on that trip. They held up well and are definitely pretty comfortable. I needed to change the insert for my right foot however. There was a bump in that shoe on the outside of my foot could feel but I could not feel it with my fingers. Not sure where that was coming from, but I often use super feet green inserts anyway. The factory insole did have some glue holding it in so right now I’ve kept the left as it is and I’m not having any issues. ... show more
