Even with texture on my skin, this foundation blurs it and isn’t drying at all. With dry skin, I used heavy duty concealers and Il Makiage foundations which, if anything, outlined texture and clinged to dry spots even more than concealing them. I switched to using the fit me foundation which has a lightweight but still great coverage formula: it doesn’t dry too quickly though when it does, it doesn’t come off too easily. Great for dry skin! (If you have dry skin, I recommend using this after your concealer, but don’t use powder afterwards since it’ll look dry and cakey. I love this foundation, but it doesn't stay matte all day without matte setting spray and fine setting powder. This is what I do to get sweat-proof, long lasting, matte finish: 1. Wash the face with a gentle cleanser then dry with a paper towel. 2. MOISTURIZE! This is a matte foundation, so you don't want a dusty finish. Use a light moisturizer with at least SPF 35-50 if you're in the sun all day. 3. Allow the moisturizer to dry then spray your face with a MATTE SETTING SPRAY 4. Gently apply setting powder to where you get the most oil. I usually have an oily T-zone(under the eyes, sides of the nose) 5. Apply this foundation all over the face. Add extra layers for fuller coverage 6. Apply concealer)skip if necessary) 7. Set with setting powder under eyes(concealer) and finishing powder in your shade. 8. Set everything with MATTE SETTING SPRAY I use this method to keep my makeup sweat-free all day long. It lasts through an 8+ Work day AND a 20-30 minute jog. The product itself looks good but just received it and it's unsealed!!! That disturbs me. I need it for tonight so I will try it. Packaging is everything when it comes to makeup! The feel and texture are nice. The look is absolutely beautiful. I usually have to use filters in my pics. I didn't have to touch this up.
