I've been sleeping on this mattress topper for over 2 weeks now. It is more on the firm side which i was specifically looking for. I approve of it. It did have an odor when unpackaging. I removed the cover and washed it, stuck dryer sheets underneath the cover when i put it back on the mattress. The odor went away in a 3-5 days. I will say it got more firm on 2nd day i had it sitting out compared to just having it sit out 24hrs to shape. I would say there is no cooling effect. Great quality. ... show more

We bought this mattress topper for the mattress at our cabin. We just have a regular mattress, nothing special since it’s at the cabin and we don’t sleep on it every single day. My arms and shoulders started to go numb during the night, which wakes me from sleep. I also have back issues. My son suggested a mattress topper. I decided on the 4” topper with the topper case. Well let me tell you…I love to go to bed now. The quality is top notch. It came all rolled and vacuumed sealed in plastic in a box. You cut open the plastic and it comes to size after about 5 hours. The topper cover is nice quality and soft to the touch. It has elastics on each corner to hook under your mattress. The cover can zip off for washing. As far as the firmness of the topper…I would say it is firm. I have another brand of topper at home on our mattress there and it is also a 4”topper. The one at home I would classify as soft. I prefer the firm. Since having it, my arms haven’t fallen asleep at all. I get a much better nights sleep now. I would recommend spending the small amount of money and buying this topper. ... show more

The third time is a charm - I finally received a mattress topper that unrolled and inflated properly and evenly within the advertised time period! After ordering and returning several other brands, which remained creased and flat as a piece of cardboard, after several DAYS - this topper plumped right up and was soft and pliable within hours. It does have that slight smell of gel foam, but that dispersed within a few days. It fits perfectly and the elastic straps keep the topper in place well. I bought this mattress topper because I have a bad back and needed something that wasn't too soft. This is the perfect firmness/softness. Please be aware that you must allow this to expand fully before putting sheets and bedding on it.

I’ve been sleeping on this for almost a week, and I will give it a little more time, but so far it’s not working for me. I ordered it bc the last topper I ordered turned out to be way too firm. I thought this would be better. Now this one is just way too soft. It’s not necessarily uncomfortable, but there’s no support- I sink into it a hole. The only upside is that it doesn’t cause me to have pressure points like the firm topper does… but it makes my back hurt worse. And of course, while I’d like to return it, how in the world am I supposed to get it back in the box?? Now I’m stuck w yet another topper that doesn’t work for me. ... show more

I got the 4” king size and it has transformed my 1 year old mattress into a supportive cloud. Zero scent, stays firmly in place, great value, and finally-it allows the best sleep. The topper came securely wrapped and it fully inflated in literally about 30 minutes and it is NOT hot to sleep on and you don’t sink so deep it’s a struggle to move around.
