I really wanted to like this. So much so I ignored the other reviews stating this mattress is flat and uncomfortable. Upon unwrapping it and letting it sit for two days, I was excited to find it was so huge and fluffy. Yet, after sitting on it for a few hours, I noticed that the spot I was sitting on had no cushion whatsoever. I was sitting directly on the boards. Ouch! I tried to shift the large chunks of foam that make up this mattress around only for them to shift over and over again. But this thing is so heavy, it’s extremely difficult to move around. Fast forward to having this thing for a month and let me tell you! It is the most uncomfortable, flattest, and my body feels like it’s been beaten with wooden boards repeatedly after falling asleep on my futon for only two hours. I am returning this useless futon mattress. Horribly, horribly uncomfortable. I urge you to heed the bad reviews. This thing is bulky, heavy, a poorly executed product and not easy to return.

I ordered this futon for my bedroom floor, for when I have company staying over. It’s quite comfortable and doesn’t deflate throughout the night like an air mattress would. It’s very heavy which I wasn’t expecting, so it’s not as convenient to pull out or store for future use. I feel there are definitely pros and cons if choosing this over an air mattress. I don’t have a futon frame but I’d imagine it’s too heavy to properly stay up on a frame for long. The look and color do match the product images which I was happy about. I think it could be a good temporary solution if you’re saving up for a better mattress, but if it’s for guests you’ll have to roll it up and put something around it to store it if you don’t want it taking up unnecessary space - which isn’t the easiest think to do after it’s rolled due to its weight and that its overall bulky.

I have mixed feelings on this futon mattress. It comes vacuum sealed so you need to let it fluff up, but it is definitely bumpy and bulky even after two days, rather than smooth and firm as seen in the photo. There’s random bulges where the inside foam is. I have laid and sat on it and it is actually comfortable; I was surprised because of the look of it. It is true to the color in the photo, I purchased the emerald green color and was happy about that. All in all, I do not think this is worth $163 dollars, I would not buy it again, but I’m not going to return the one I bought. Photos will explain better than I can.

After 30 day purchase, 2 buttons fell off. After 60 days, have lost 8 total. Very disappointing and the button hole is not stiched its just a cut hole so I am concerned it won't look the same once we sew it. Its connected to a long string to other side so if one button comes off the opposite will come out easy or fall out eventually. Very disappointing
