  • Great to use with floor jacks
Size: Compact Length
These work great to use in conjunction with my floor jack. Seems like even regular cars ride really low to the ground now. These ramps are perfect to put enough space between the frame and the ground so that I can get my floor jack under the frame to lift it. Be careful, it’s easy to drive over them. Fortunately, they’re low enough it won’t damage your car if you happen to. All in all, a nice set of low profile ramps that’ll get your car a few inches off the ground. ... show more

  • Worth every penny, they save you money, use these to do small job repairs and maintenance...
Size: Compact Length
I absolutely LOVE these, I've used them on many jobs, most people probably use these just to gain enough lift to put a jack under a lowered car, but on a stock ride height car I use these for jobs which require just a small amount of space under the front of the car, that don't require steering or removal of the wheels. The ease at which I can get the car up and off of it makes it possible for me to do things without attracting attention, I've used these to do fluid changes in the corner of a parking lot for example. I bought the short version too, not the long one, I like the short version because I want to get the car on the ramps quickly, it also gives you more space behind the wheels (where you'd place jack stands), if for whatever reason you need to get at something from the side. If you overshoot them they won't damage your car because they're not high enough, I know this because I've overshot wooden ramps of a similar length and height because those didn't have stops at the end, it did nothing to the car, didn't even touch the rocker panels. These are not easy to overshoot, the stop at the end is very effective, the first time I used them I didn't overshoot, I have never overshot on them since and I've used them to do multiple oil changes. To make sure I don't overshoot them I lower my window, stick my arm out with a large hand mirror, and angle it so I can watch the wheel climb up the ramp. Once your wheels are cradled into the ramps, put the transmission in neutral, let off the brakes so the wheels settle/roll to the center of the cradle naturally, put it in park, engage parking brake, chock one or both of the wheels, now you're ready to work. I've used these with two cars that both have roughly the same ride height: a 9th Gen. Civic and a 10th Gen. Civic, both with stock ride height (not lowered) which is ~6 inches. With the car on these ramps it adds ~3 inches for ~9 inches of total space under it. If you're not a big person this gap is adequate room to do most things under the engine and transmission, I've done stuff like: * Oil and oil filter changes * Transmission fluid changes * Serpentine belt routing * Engine, transmission, or torque mount replacement * Exhaust stuff (ex: you have to loosen the down-pipe from the maniverter) * Radiator stuff (ex: coolant drain and fill, lower radiator hose replacement, etc) When using these you don't have as much room so it helps if you've done these things on your car before so you know what's going to happen, you have the proper tools, and there are no unknowns (you know that your drain plug and oil filter are not over-tightened). Having the proper tools is important since you don't have enough room to "put your shoulder" into it, so know when to use an impact wrench, breaker bar, extending ratchet, etc. I'm an experienced mechanic, I've been working on cars for over two decades and can do most things quickly, so for most simple tasks these replaced the jack and jack stand for me. ... show more

  • CLEARS
Size: Extended Length
Super convenient on low cars, shown on the picture I have a Supra with a front lip and h&r lowering springs, it clears all the way.

  • I should've bought these earlier...
Size: Extended Length
Bought these to help install an aftermarket lip for my car. After watching some videos online, these were ideal for MY needs. For the price you're paying, its easy to use out of the box, sturdy and the height was perfect for MY installation. I would recommend doing some research choosing the right ramp for YOUR car. Height and weight will be some of the factors in choosing the correct ramps to accommodate your automobile. ... show more

  • Almost perfect
Size: Extended Length
Work well to raise BMW E90 M Sport, as they fit underneath the front bumper and made it easy drive onto. Unfortunately, they didn’t raise the vehicle high enough to comfortably fit under to do an oil change. This necessitated jacking up one side of the car so I could fit far enough underneath to remove the splash shield. I would say that the ramps are perfect for cars with slightly higher ground clearance ... show more

  • Worth every penny
Size: Extended Length
Like Mary Poppins, it’s practically perfect in every way. Inexpensive, Gives just enough clearance to get a standard jack under lowered cars, my lip doesn’t scrape going up, because of the slight incline they don’t try to scoot when driving up them, and they are small, light and store easily.

  • Great to get jack under lowered cars!!!
Size: Extended Length
These are a little narrow for a sports car…but were exactly what I needed to be able to get the floor jack under the front crossmember of my 94 Firebird Formula and 95 Corvette!! These eliminate the need to get the little jack out and start up on one side just to get the real jack under the front! I would recommend a thin rubber mat to put under them if you plan to drive up on them…I just shoved them under each tire and drove right up on them. The stop at the end is not very tall, so go up slowly until you hit the radius in them…overall exactly what I needed to help out in the shop!!! ... show more
