The kneeling and sitting pads are nice and firm without being too hard... Don't have to worry about your knees bottoming out on the metal underneath the pad... It's a perfect height for kneeling and sitting and it sure makes getting up from kneeling position so much easier using the handles... Real lod Fe saver for us folks with bad knees or trouble standing from the kneeling position, turn it one and have a nice little bench, I use it while scrubbing/detailing the wheels on my truck instead of bending over and straining my back, sturdy product, I’m 6’3” 260lbs and isn’t an issue, feels extremely sturdy and comfortable when I use it, would definitely buy again if the need should arise. ... show more
