    • Not Running; but company sent me a new one
Got it for my daughter for Christmas. Two weeks later it’s quite running . I’ve opened it up and looked for loose wires etc and everything looks ok. UPDATE: the company responded to my bad review , sent me 2 sets of new batteries , scooter still didn’t work so they sent me a whole new scooter... the new one seems to be running great and outstanding customer service... We purchased an electric Razor scooter for our older daughter and this one for our 6 year old. After assembling it (which wasn't too difficult but you need to pay attention to not cause confusion) our daughter was able to maneuver on it easily. My grandaughter loved the scooter. But it would not stay charged. I contacted the company and they said they would replace the battery but it would be delayed in shipping. I waited for 12 months and NEVER heard from the company again even after repeated correspondence through Amazon email.
