Honestly, a pretty damn well made Electric Scooter. The brakes are soli, it comes to a complete short stop when lightly pressing the brake. The frame is sturdy, it charges well. It only struggles when going uphill, and even then it tries to climb at low speed, with weight. walking it isn't too much of a hassle, especially with the extra Modes. Speaking of which, have a Walking mode which Blinks the Headlight and tailight respectively for Nighttime drivers to see you. It can easily go 15MPH with someone who weighs 265 like myself, on flat ground with slight inclines. Downhill it can go up to 27 MPH, just be extremely careful of the Death Wobbles. The only issues I've had, were the Seat being very low effort in quality. Minor gripe that be can be fixed with buying another Seat. The App was completely different than the one they tell you to use in the Manual. It is called The Tuya app, and it works flawlessly. It gives the user a Locking mechanism, tracker, and alarm system in the case of potential theft. So if they try to drive away? Brakes are parked. They pick it up, and run with it? The bike goes nuts, beeping like crazy, and the tracker pings where it is, so police can easily recover it, like an apple Air tag. The app also allows you to adjust speeds for different user types. It doesn't really pack up too well, as it's foldability is very limited while the seat is attached. It can still fold "somewhat" but not at all conventional to carrying it as a "commuter" ride. All in all, it's a good, short few Miles Mobility scooter for me. Works well in my local area, which is only .7 miles from a Train track. Handles it smoothly, regardless of the Rugged terrain.

Funnest purchase I ever made! It was easy to assemble and the battery life better than expected. It was a perfect size and very easy to manage and ride smoothly. Only thing it doesn’t do is tell mileage. You can go everywhere and and not realize how fast you got there! So mush fun and a great product for riding around and camping! I bought 2 so I could enjoy with friends visiting.

Worked as described for me. I returned it as my needs changed shortly after purchase. However, I was quite happy with the quality and performance, according to the price and brand. With no suspension, you feel every bump along the way, but it felt solid. The battery drains within 30 minutes or so on high speed mode, which is to be expected. Otherwise, the lights are bright, the brakes work fine, the portability is excellent.

It’s decent, my son enjoys riding around to get out and about. The charge sometimes hold as long as one would like. After about 5 miles it needs a recharge. So not ideal for going much distance.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the overall experience. The scooter stopped working after only a short time — it powers on, but the throttle does nothing and the wheels will not move, making it completely unusable. What made this situation worse was the lack of support. I have been going back and forth with the seller for weeks with no real solution. Instead of sending a replacement for a clearly defective product, they shipped replacement parts from overseas and expect me to perform technical repairs myself. That is unreasonable for an electric scooter that involves safety-related components. I rely on this scooter for daily transportation, and being left without a working product for this long is unacceptable. If a product arrives defective, customers should not have to wait weeks or fix it themselves just to get what they paid for. Buyers beware — if something goes wrong, do not expect a fast or customer-friendly resolution.

My Son was scared that he would not be able to balance on it sitting down and that he wouldn’t like it. But he loves it. It took him just minutes to learn to ride.When his friends come over, they beg him to take it out so they can ride it up and down the street. It goes pretty fast. I love that it has lights. I love the quick release on the seat and its ability to fold. I’m hoping when my son is old enough, he can use this to get around. It was a splurge to buy it for him. But now I want one.
