Purchased this for $2299.00 for disabled/handicapped client with the idea it would be great quality. However, that changed just after the 30 day return date policy. Recliner broke down! It was under full warranty, but a nightmare to contact seller. After emails galore and so much time spent-Golden Tech Warranty came to fix it. However, right afterwards it proceeded to breakdown again! We are so done with the hassle it too and the warranty company to address this issue! We will never purchase another item of yours again! This chair is extremely comfortable for my mom. The chair allows for multiple positions and with her arthritis, the adjustment allows her to get comfortable. In addition, when we need to spend the night and take care of her, this chair is very comfortable to sleep in. We bought three of these same chairs.     • No Service for this item when it breaks within 6 months.

Paid $2500.00 for this item in May and within 6 months it stopped working and will not come back up from the reclined position. Called the number on the warranty and it went to another company that does the service for Golden Technologies. They then informed me that they do not service this part of Oregon. When I asked why I got them instead of Golden Technologies, I was informed that their two companies was linked and that Golden Technologies does not talk to people and everything is directly to them. Such a rip off. $2500.00 and the chair is useless unless you want to lay down all the time. I asked the service company if they had another number for Golden Technologies and she said yes but, it would just ring right back to their company. Hard earned dollars down the drain.     • DON'T BUY ULTRACOMFORT/GOLDEN TECH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought 2 identical chairs summer of 2021 .Both remotes failed within the 3 year warranty period-actually at about a year and a half. Ultracomfort/Golden Tech charges $55 to replace the "in warranty" remote and it took a week to arrive from when I placed the first phone.
