    • Fit my John Deere X380
I was a little skeptical about installing them on my X380 but for the price I was willing to give it a go. John Deere wanted $520 for a pair. The stock size tire is 15x6.50-8. These are 16x6.50-8. only 1 inch taller so I figured what the heck. The axle size is 3/4", same as my mower. I have a small machine shop so if they didn't fit for some reason, I figured I could modify them to make them fit. They shipped overnight so that was nice. I pulled the old wheels off and installed these. They fit perfect! No issues. The stock washers and retainer clips fit just like with the original wheels. They came inflated @ 35psi which is kind of high. I lowered the pressure to 15psi. Mowed my 3 acres of grass with no problems. Time will tell to see how long they will last. They seem to be very well made. ... show more

    • Overall good, however the fitment was not quite right on one hub.
The right side went on quickly, however the left side did not, no matter how much I tried, would not seat well enough for me to place a washer between the bearing and the c-clip. I eventually had to just place the c-clip against the bearing. I believe the problem was interference from the shell of the shaft on the inside to the outside of the hub that seats inside it - it needs to be machined down. ... show more

Great wheels for the price. I looked at several other places before I bought this set. I put them on my John Deere garden tractor and they have better tread that the originals. They also come with additional hardware that will adapt to several different types of mowers. You can't go wrong with these. ... show more

Tires only lasted 3 months with minimal use. One of the front tires fell off. I initially thought the c-clip had come loose, but it was the bearings that failed. As pictured, the bearing housing came apart and the tire is no longer functional. These are way too expensive to break after mowing a flat field of grass 6 times. It’s past the return window, so I’m stuck with an unusable mower that I can’t get back to the barn. Extremely disappointed!! Complete waste of money. ... show more
