i been meaning to leave a review on this tree for a few months now but i wanted to wait just to make sure. ordered this tree mainly with the hope of it being able to withstand my 18lb cats zoomies. He jumps, scratches, bolts, and pounces all over this tree and it does not move or fall!! i been looking cor a tree that could hold him cause all other trees i tried were too flimsy, cheap, not durable. this one is durable, good quality, easy set up, and can hold an 18lb cat. since i am a major cat mom and have anxiety i added a chain link wrapped around the top and drilled into a beam in the wall for extra security and to help me sleep at night. he wont get off this thing!! very easy for him to jump from platform to platform (you can space them however you want). highly recommend this is the tree to get!

Hands down, the best piece of furniture I ever bought my cats. I just set this tree up today and all 3 cats love it! Two cats are about 15-18lb and one is about 10lb. Each has made it to the top really easily and they love the new perspective in the apartment. I was searching for months for a floor to ceiling cat tree and this one checked all the boxes - large perches, neutral in color, and great price point! It's so difficult finding cat furniture for larger cats. This is the only tree I've ever bought that took no catnip or treats for the cats to want to climb and use. I've had a standard 3 level tree for Frisco, an On2Pets 3 level tree, and a 4 level Zoovilla cat shelf - the first two I sold because they weren't used frequently at all, the Zoovilla one I still have that one of my cats likes by the window. My ceilings are 8ft tall, I used only one of the tension rod PVC pipes (white). I wanted the top perch to be higher up in the air, so instead of putting the 8" short column at the top, I placed it at the bottom so the first perch is at 30" instead of 22". Installation was a breeze considering how robust this piece of furniture is. I really love how big the columns are, the 10lb cat loves to climb the carpet to get to the top level, never seen him do that before, he's a beast lol. My only critique is that the center columns aren't perfectly straight and there does appear to be some slight leaning even though each column is screwed on tightly. Not really a huge deal, but you definitely can notice it if you compare it to the wall it's next to. Took some adjustment to get the tension rod completely aligned with no side-to-side preload/tension, but it's definitely not moving, very confident in the overall build quality of this tree. I have about 7" of PVC in the top column, the recommendation is 6-8".

There are some good elements to this tower. The height works for my very high ceilings, the platforms are solid and suitable for large cats, and the base is stable. I've had it up for about a month, though, and now I see the issues. They include the fact that the ceiling spring has become less taut against the ceiling as my cat has repeatedly climbed up, which makes me worried it may not ultimately hold. The worst thing is that the carpet attached to the central tower pieces is really poor quality. With just a few days of minimal scratching, it has come off in large globs of fluff that get easily strewn about and stuck in my cat's claws. I worry my cat will eat it. For the price, I expected something that would last longer.

I have several cat trees and this one is by far the highest quality. And it is more elegant to look at than any other I have, when in a public area in your home. The design, however is a little lacking. No matter how I position the lower and middle 'steps' my cats can't find an easy way to access the bed at the top. So they end up trying to jump from the floor to the bed and end up tipping it over. I know it is possible to stabilize this against a wall, but I move it around too much to want to have screw holes in each location. If the manufacturer could solve this issue, this would be the number one cat tree in my book.

My cats are in love with it. I got the first one a few months ago and ordered another one for Christmas. I would buy even a third one if they bring it back in stock! Our cats are big 11-16 lbs and still have plenty of room. They even sleep on it.

My cat loved this tree despite the fact that it was constantly wobbling and I always had to straighten it. My cat ran up the tree today and the connector to the ceiling literally broke right in half. I've only had this for 9 months and this is a huge disappointment. In addition, the carpet surrounding the pole is completely shredded.

This was easy enough for me to put together by myself. It arrived in 2 days, all parts accounted for and nothing damaged. Very soft and quality material. Light enough for me to carry, but sturdy enough to keep balanced for cats. I love the build that I chose and the cats seem to as well. The only thing I would mention is the top "perch" is not ideal for my larger cats to lie down, but certainly enough to sit and chill. Great product so far!
