Everything is a gamble in life and you have to take risks so I took a chance. I ordered a king size. The package arrived early and came in good condition ..it was vacuumed sealed. I took out and laid it flat, Instantly getting scared. It was mashed and looked damaged like some of the other horrible views I saw. I let it sit for 3hrs and continuously massaged and pushing down into the part that look damaged ( wish I took a photo but didnt)...and by those 3 hrs I got the perfect results...I continued to let it sit until I went to bed. Next morning...my back omg smh..pain was gone...so happy I took a chance!! Neck pain isn't as bad...but better than before! Buy it, take a chance. If not just return it. But it helped me. Hope this helps someone!

This topper exceeded my expectations . No smell, made in USA, comfortable . Why the But? Because they send an information sheet with a 10 year warranty. To sign up for the Warranty, one must go to a webisite that my browser warns "Is not a secure site" and may subject your computer to all sorts of bad things. In this day and age, I would rather not have a warranty than deal with an unsecure site. Can you fix this? If yes, you will get an extra star.

ran across this Mattress Topper and from day one we were able to have a Good Night Sleep after Waiting a couple of minute to air this out put the sheet & cover on And WENT TO BED ,Only woke 1 time and that was for a restroom Break this is a 3in Gel Foam Topper no Hot spot and this Topper Stay in Place AND was just a little bit longer then my Queen Mattress ,but it still fit nicely..if you looking for a soft Topper for a new Mattress or something for a old one that need some help sleeping on it This is the one you Need!
