I had to change my review because I did not notice it right away, but the third night after I got it was when it fully inflated and when I really noticed a difference. This is actually super amazing and does relieve pressure like it says. I still wish it was more firm, it says extra firm but I would say it's only medium firm. Either way though, good buy and totally worth the price it's asking.
