I have a remote controlled adjustable platform bed that sits up to almost a 90 degree angle: I love my bed, but it did slide around quite a bit and I couldn't think of a way to fix it. I was worried because my bed is made of a metal-footed frame with a solid partitioned platform that is about 0.5" thick, so I when I saw this I wasn't sure that I'd be able to attach them properly but decided to take a chance. I was able to drill through the platform and attach these easily, and the were VERY strongly attached. More than that, they worked! I sat my bed up fully and these sturdy little lifesavers held my mattress in place! I ordered the 4 pack and put 2 at the end, 1 on the left a bit closer to the head of the bed, and the other on the right closer to the foot: my intention was to secure it from all sides, and it worked beautifully 😍 I have a very thick, plush mattress and I thought maybe these were too short to work (they come up less than half way) but that wasn't a problem. I also wondered if I'd need 2 or even 4 more to really hold it in place, but no - 4 was perfect to fit my needs and I didn't have to spend more money. For all the the functionality these mattress slide protectors offer, I feel the price was v MORE than fair. This is the solution! I love it!
