The mattress came well-packaged, neatly compressed and protected, and within just a few hours it expanded to its full 12-inch height exactly as described. The comfort level is excellent. I’ve always preferred a medium-firm mattress, and this one hits that sweet spot perfectly. It has just the right amount of firmness to give proper support to the back and spine, while still maintaining enough softness on the surface to feel comfortable and cozy. I’ve noticed that it really helps reduce pressure points, especially around the shoulders and hips, which has been a big improvement compared to my old mattress. Sleeping on it for the past several nights has been a wonderful experience. I usually toss and turn a lot, but this mattress has helped me sleep much more soundly and wake up feeling refreshed. Another big plus is motion isolation—if someone else moves on the other side of the bed, you barely feel it, which makes it a great option for couples. Temperature regulation is also quite good. Just moved into our first apartment last month, and this 12 inch hybrid queen mattress was the BEST purchase we made for the new space! After weeks of hauling boxes, assembling furniture, and sleeping on a lumpy air mattress that left us sore every morning, unboxing this felt like a total game changer. It puffed up fully in under 12 hours and had zero weird chemical smell, super important since our apartment’s pretty small and we didn’t want that lingering funk. The medium firm feel is exactly what we needed. I’m a side sleeper who needs a little give for my hips, and my hubsand’s a back sleeper who craves support, this mattress checks both boxes. The memory foam top is soft but not squishy, and those pocket springs, total lifesaver. He tosses and turns like crazy but I don’t feel a thing, no more jolting awake at 3 AM when he flips over! For the price, the comfort feels way more premium than expected — definitely better than the budget options I’ve tried from IKEA. The top layer has a plush, “hotel-style” feel while still giving solid support underneath, so you get that soft-but-stable balance that’s hard to find in budget mattresses. A small but thoughtful detail: it even came with a little thoughtfully designed blade to help safely open the packaging, which I really appreciated. It made the unboxing quick and easy without worrying about cutting the fabric. Nice touch. Once opened, the mattress expanded fast and had almost no smell. Bought this for our guest room. So easy to open and remove the packaging. It expanded so quickly. Perfect fit for our king bed frame. My guest that came to visit said it was very comfortable and they slept great. My king sheets set fit great and looked great. The mattress is big and soft but not hard to maneuver when making the bed.

I have only slept on it one night but here are my initial thoughts. Overall I very much like this bed it is comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. It took a second for me to get used to the fact that you don't sink down into it, it really does support you through the night. I cosleep with my 2 year old and he great! In my old bed he could tell when I got up or move around but he didn't seem to notice in this bed so A+ for that. It is definitely medium firm and I do wish it was a bit softer but I'm sure I'll get used to it soon

This mattress is a great deal. It’s quiet no loud squeaking it’s nice and firm and for easy assembly all you have to do is take it out of the packaging and let it decompress for at least 24hrs and then add it to your frame and you can guarantee you be so comfortable. I love it so much. I have no back pain.
