Item arrived quickly and as advertised. Delivery date was changed a few times after order. The mattress comes rolled up nicely after being vacuum sealed, which makes it easier to more maneuverable while packaged. There was an odor upon opening, but that is expected, and dissipated fairly quickly. Mattress isn't the most comfortable I've slept on, but for the price, is a great option.

It's been 20 years since I bought a new mattress, in other words, LONG overdue. I'll be honest, I didn't have high hopes for this one because the mattress I've had for decades is a huge and thick pillowtop mattress, so I was worried I wouldn't find the new one comfortable. Apparently my old mattress must have been the cause of some of my sleep issues, from tossing and turning, sore back, poor sleep, etc, because all of those have been vastly improved in the few weeks I've been using the new mattress. I was worried it would be too firm, but it somehow conforms to and cradles my curves, giving me excellent support without causing painful pressure points. I love this mattress! It's thick, just the right firmness, and seems to be a nice quality. Set up was easy, but it's very heavy, so be careful if you're doing it by yourself. I simply cut open the plastic on one end and let the air plump up the mattress. I waited two days before pulling the plastic off and placing it on my bed. I've also noticed during these hot summer nights that I'm not getting nearly as sweaty as I did with my previous mattress, so that another nice bonus. I definitely recommend this!

This mattress is fantastic for the price. As a geriatric millennial I am still shocked that you can buy a bed in a box. I digress. The mattress itself is decent quality for the price. How long will it last? I have no idea but so far, so good. It is firm "enough." I will give everyone the heads up about the time it takes to get its shape and to get out the smells. It took a full four days with the air purifier going. Don't skip this step and try to sleep on it sooner. The more time you give it, the better off you will be. It is not the coolest bed, but it isn't terrible.

Solid mattress. For the price it’s a steal! There was no odor at all out of the box—something I really appreciate. I chose this product because I was eager to replace another medium firm memory foam mattress that i purchased only 6 months prior (also on amazon). This mattress is literally half the price and I like it much better! It doesn’t come with a fancy mattress cover protector, but what matters most is that it evenly supports my entire body. On my last mattress, my hips and bottom would sink in creating uneven back support. I would actually have to switch where I slept because overtime I would sink in too much sleeping in the same spot. No issues with this mattress. I’m so happy and relieved to have solved my problem! One tip: if you're unsure about firmness, go more firm—you can always add a topper for extra cushioning later. Note: it’s really heavy when inside the box, but oddly once it’s out and expanded, I can slide it around very easily.

This product arrived a few days late, but I was informed of the delay. Although the packaging was damaged, the mattress itself was in good condition. It arrives rolled up tight, and it takes a while for it to flatten out. The comfort level is just fair. It could be the 12 inches minimum thickness. As for a permanent mattress, I have yet to decide. It can be portable if necessary, as it is easy to roll back up and set up wherever needed. I feel the cost is a bit high for the quality received. Just my thoughts.

I needed this mattress for my guest bedroom. When it arrived it was easy to unpack and was ready to use in a few minutes. I didn't notice any odor after laying it out. If you are looking for a mattress that is not too firm but not too soft, this is a good choice. It is very comfortable and helps with a good night's sleep. My guests slept well and told me it was better than their own mattress at home. It is good for the price.
