Honestly didn't even realize these were masterchef when I bought them, got a great deal on them at Christmas time. Holds an edge for a long time and don't chip. Really comfortable handle and they clean easily, however they costing will slighly fade after a couple years in the dishwasher

Sharp ! Have to keep a box of bandaids next to the block. I like these, a couple of my thumbs and fingers may disagree. Have not tried the bread knife yet but boy are these sharp. Handwashing them is a chore but after a while you get used to it like a wart on your nose.
