110% recommended. This combination lock is fast, simple, and very easy to use. I use it for my gym locker, and it makes opening and closing the lock quick and hassle-free. One of the biggest advantages is that you don't have to carry a key that can easily get lost. Just remember your combination and you're good to go. I do want to be honest though: if you're over 45 and your eyesight is not what it used to be, this might not be the easiest option since the numbers can be a little harder to read. I used these to create curriculum-based challenges in my classroom. The students solved puzzles in order to find digits of the combinations hidden around my room. The locks were on tool boxes with prizes inside. The combinations were simple to change. The students were able to input the combinations as they got each digit. My younger students had a little trouble with the dials, but it was great for developing their fine motor skills.
