  • Almost a good product
The good. Good size for airbrush use. Fits the way they should. Nice thick clear glass. Comes with lids. The bad. No gaskets for lids. Not sure about long time storage of paints, may be an issue or not. Time will tell. Shipment packaging non existent. Ten glass bottles stuck in a cardboard box (no dividers), then in a padded mail bag. One bottle shattered, broken glass shards all through box. ... show more

  • Meh, a lid liner/gasket seal would make these work for liquids
I assumed that an airbrush supplier would have lid liners/gaskets available to create a tight seal and maintain integrity of custom paint products--I was wrong. To be fair, it took several months for my calligraphy ink to slowly turn into sludge, then harden like a jolly rancher candy as the liquid evaporated. Some reviews said they had a great seal, while others said the opposite, so I took my chances. I like the size for holding a good amount of ink for beginners so they don't contaminate original, full ink jars and the mouth is wide enough to dip in an out easily when writing with a quill or dip pen. I've not had any breakage in two years; never used at anything but room temperature and never stirred or inserted anything more aggressive than a writing instrument, so I'm not completely dissatisfied, just needing to keep looking for lid liners or new bottles. ... show more

  • Perfect size for my custom color dyes.
I was a little worried about previous packaging reviews. It looks like the seller took the feedback and provided excellent packaging for the bottles. I need these for my custom dye mixes for the small projects I work on. They do not come with gaskets or seals though so getting an airtight seal will be impossible until I can find the right sized gasket to work with these lids. ... show more

  • The jars are packaged poorly. Order at your own risk.
The jars are pretty straightforward. They will do what they are intended for and do it well. HOWEVER the packaging was/is not executed well. I paid for 10 jars two were broken. I could have returned them all for a refund or replacement, but I needed them now. Unfortunate as well was the obvious hazard of broken glass shards that spilled onto my table and floor. Had the jars arrived unbroken I would have surely given 5 stars. ... show more

  • Great multi-purpose small glass containers!
I keep my premixed airbrush colors in these little jars and since a little bit of paint goes a long way with an airbrush, I love that there is plenty of color left before I need to mix more. The jars are also quite sturdy: my toddlers have dropped them on hard wood and tiled floors once or twice and they’ve come out unscathed (so far)! ... show more

  • Master Airbrush box of 10 3/4 oz jars -- perfect for mixing AND storing
Same jars as came with my Master Airbrush kit. So all I need to do now is mix up some exotic color (or blah color for that matter), and it's ready for the airgun. When finished painting an item, I screw the cap on and leave that color for another time, or clean up the jar as needed. This box of "spares" has made my paint management life simple; nice to be able to repeat any special color simply by reaching into my stash. (I have resumed an earlier hobby of model ship building, meaning you can never have too many shades of gray!) ... show more

  • No lid gaskets
The jars themselves and the lids are really good quality. My only complaint is there are no gaskets for the lids. What a disappointment for something intended to store paint.

  • They may get to you shattered
The maker of these bottles is terrible. 10 jars in a small box. When I took this box out of the larger shipping box it sounded like shattered glass. That's because it was. Most of these bottles were shattered. You would think there would be cardboard separating the bottles. Nothing. That allowed them to rattle against each other and shatter. Not smart. ... show more
