I purchased this machine in August 2021 for my Ombré Brows training course. It worked well during the training, which was about 5 days, but when I was doing my first client, there appeared to be a short occurring toward the end of my service because whenever I would readjust, the machine would stop then come back on when I go back to the previous position. I returned the machine I was using and was instantly sent a replacement. I used the replacement machine 6 weeks after completing my first client for her touch up and had no issues. I used the machine to practice a few weeks, then again for a 2nd client some time in September. Toward the end of her service I began to run into the same issue with my machine where the needle was not moving up and down. I tried to use the machine again in October to do the 2nd client’s touch up and the needle was not moving at all. I thought maybe it was the needle that I was using so I bought a completely different kind. Here I am in December trying to use the new needles and the machine is not moving the needle as it should. It’s also not adjusting the length of the needle appropriately either. I want to return this one again, but I’m not given that option, probably because it’s been 4 months since this one was sent as a replacement for the first one. I recently purchased the machine in August. I was working on a client and the machine stopped working all the sudden. I thought it was power supply issue so i brought a new power supply and didnt work. Decided to purchase another Magi and same thing, stopped working while working on a client, i was able to return the second magi purchased, but now im stuck with the original magi because amazon wont help. Super upset. I was able to use it to create 2 PMU brows and thats it… waste of money. End up having to buy another more reliable machine that was x10 more expensive but atleast this one doesnt stop in the middle of my session. ... show more

This one is a replacement. The first one did not work out of the box. This replacement stopped working in the middle of using it on its first customer. I had to switch to a more reliable tattoo machine. It was embarrassing. The machine now does not work at all. In order to write this review I am forced to give at least one star. I want to love the mast magi as I originally had the regular Mast but I have not been able to get a Mast Magi in that works 😞 I have returned one and they sent a new one but it is defective as well. It is like the whole for the cord is to big so the cord will not stay in tightly so the machine constantly cuts off. I have purchase a new Bishop RCA cable as well as a new Aurora Power supply and it still does the same thing so it clearly is the machine. Now I am out of my window for return and stuck with a machine I have never been able to use. Save your time and money and purchase a different machine! ... show more

Used twice to perform PMU services and cord was defective. When the cord jiggles, which is throughout the entire procedure, the machine tubes on and off randomly. Contacted customer support for a replacement cord and was asked to film a video and jump through hoops and stuff to get a replacement cord. I use this for Lip Blushing and ombré eyebrows, thought it would be too heavy but surprisingly it’s lightweight and very easy to hold.
