Was supposed to come with oil but did not. Had to do some assembly before being able to ride but not too bad. Doesn't go too fast but I hear there are some adjustments you can make to speed it up. I like being able to cruise around the neighborhood. I rides pretty good even though I am pretty big, 6'2", 210lbs. The shipper, XPO was horrible! They will not deliver on the date you scheduling when purchasing so do not even expect it. They were 13 days late to deliver. What's worse is that XPO is HORRIBLE at communication. They will not give you straight answers, just garbage. Their customer service team is in the Philippines and they know nothing and have no factual information to provide. They just stall, placate, and try to get you off the phone. 9 calls and 6 emails, and it was a random surprise when I got an email saying my "new" delivery date had been scheduled. I almost canceled my order just because of XPO, the shipper. ... show more

It runs fine but after a few months later the chain started to pop off an clutch went bad. Not worth the price I paid plus I paid for insurance an that was a waste of money

Purchased this bike for our son for Christmas. He got the gift early and rode it 2 times and the motor started knocking and locked up. It would no longer start being seized. The oil had become contaminated dur to the motor malfunction. Contacted Amazon they instructed me to contact the seller. The seller kept telling me they were going to call me back. A few weeks went on with the excuse it was Christmas. It was the holidays. Finally Amazon had them contact me. Massimo said I had to file a warranty. I filed a warranty no email verifying that the warranty even went through. Massimo did not stand behind the product. But Amazon A-Z stood by and refunded the purchase after they investigated the company was not trying to make it right. Thank you Amazon for being incredible. Holy smokes, what a blast! We got two for the boys for Christmas and they are loving them. But I think we might steal them! There were a few scratches, but both bikes weathered shipping well. Shipping crate was very beat up. Make sure to check every bolt, nut and screw. We lost an axle nut first time out. Replaced them both with nylon locking nuts. Expect that you may need to do a bit of adjusting and tweaking. These are not production motor cycles capable of jumping or flat our ripping. These bikes are for putting around at 15 to 20 mph and chilling. But it's still a blast for our 14 and 16 year olds, not to mention mom and dad! ... show more

Bought for my son who had a stroke and at this time cannot drive a car until he gets another drivers license. He lives in a complex that is privately owned and has recovered enough to ride the bike in the complex. This helps him not feel so isolated and confined.

The front tire was damaged in shipping. I contacted the company and had a new tire delivered immediately. They were very pleasant to work with and made sure everything was corrected enough though the damage occurred during shipping transit. Excellent customer service and good product.
