The bike is absolutely a blast. My boyfriend’s friend has one so I decided to purchase my boyfriend one for our anniversary. Unfortunately, it did get damaged during shipment :( was so sad… so be wise that shipment damage may occur. Wish they were a bit more careful.

    • Clutch hangs up and vehicle won't stop.
It rides great, after about 3 days the clutch or something hangs up and it makes a loud strange sound and keeps going. I have to ride the brake until it stops and then keep popping the throttle until it acts normal again. Frustrating and somewhat dangerous. Fyi

    • Shipping will kill the bike
Received this yesterday, packing crate was completely destroyed. Checked as well as I could without seeing any major damage done. Got it unpacked, assembled, found tire had been cut by the metal cage. Got it all set up, gas, oil everything checked and double checked. Went to start it and to start with the starter rope felt like it was stuck, so I pulled a little harder, heard this noise that sounded like metal being crushed, the starter rope then would not return, looked at it, noticed oil leaking from the engine block, to start I thought I might have spilt some adding the oil, but then I saw that it was leaking from the engine block well away from the oil fill. Contacted Amazon, they requested pictures of the damage, which I sent. I was notified that they had made contact with the seller and that I should hear back within three days on what procedures they would take to replace the bike. I gave this one star because of the problem with shipping of the bike, it's a nice-looking bike and appears it would be a fun scooter for all. I've owned another bike of this nature and it was a blast to play around with especially with grandkids. I will update the progress on this item when it occurs. I know a couple of people that own one and they have nothing but positive things to say about them. I think if it had not been damaged in shipping, I would be rating this a lot higher, but with this large of an investment, felt buyers should know about the danger of receiving one thru shipping that could possibly end up with one have major defects. Follow up: After contacting Amazon with the problem, they reached out to the seller, the seller did not respond according to Amazon, but they (Amazon) gave me a full refund of the purchase price. Amazon gets five stars for their part in this incident, the seller remains the one star, I would note that the carrier would be also receiving one star. In regard to the seller, the item was shipped within a couple of days of the order and arrived a full week before the projected delivery date, that was good on their behalf, not responding is the bad. ... show more

So far so good haven’t clocked it but top speed is about 20 MPH my kiddo is 10 and can handle it perfectly. One year later and still no problems pulls every time and runs well. I have clocked and too speed is 20
