The bike is a beauty, unfortunately it will not start for us. The pull to start is stuck. I have been messaging the seller with no quick response. I would like them to send us another bike ASAP. And I hope they send for someone to pick this thing up. It was dropped off by a semi-truck. So, I hope they don't think I have any resources on how to get this to them. I got it on sale so we would rather have them replace it. Because the price is now 200 more than what I paid,

UPDATE: Shortly after my one star review, Chrissy with Massimo reached out and provided the part necessary to fix my son’s bike. He is happy now, and we appreciate the situation being rectified. Unfortunately, it took a lot of hassle to get to this point, so three stars is as high as I can go. Great bike – hopefully the customer service will improve. I bought my son a Massimo Motor Warrior MB200 mini-bike in September 2022 from Amazon. He enjoyed it, but he bent his front fork last fall. It has been a nightmare trying to get replacement parts. The part was out of stock on Massimo’s website for months. I finally placed an order for what I thought was the full front fork at ~$142, but when I received the part in late March 2025 it was only one side of the front fork. I emailed Massimo’s customer service and received no response. Then I called and left a message and received no response. After a few days I called again and spoke to a representative who said that I would need to place two (2) orders of part MB200-159 to complete the front fork even though the part is described as “Front Fork” on their website. The part was out of stock again by that point, and Massimo would not put me on a waiting list or call me when the part was in stock. The part has been out of stock ever since. I tried calling multiple Massimo dealers, and they do not carry this part. Now my son’s mini-bike, which we paid over $900 for, is just sitting in my garage taking up space. After this experience, I would never buy anything from Massimo Motor Sports again.

The bikes are great I ordered two bites they had some parts that broke breezy but for the reviews at Savon expecting that the the little one pedal you put your foot on chip material I just wanna head just bought new ones the ones that I got from Amazon better but other than that the bike is fun its great if you wanna have fun by one of these bikes

Great bike for putting a gx200 race engine on. The front tire came flat. But they replaced it. I added a mod2 camshaft, champion rocker arms, 22lb arc springs, billet rod, billet flywheel, and a vm22 mikuni carburetor. Also using a turque converter with a different crankshaft. And I can hit 45-48mph at half throttle. I've hit 6mph at 3/4 throttle and was too scared to go faster.
