Good massage chair. About 20% larger than other chairs so it fits me well (I'm 6'3 285 lbs). My only complaint is the instructions are lacking. For example, the instructions refer to Screws but don't refer to the washers for the screws. I had a devil of a time removing the screws and reinstalling using the washers. There was no mention of washers at all in the instructions so pay attention. The chair itself is very nice with plenty of features for different massage types (even though it should have a optional cushion piece for the back, sometimes those rollers can get pretty rough even at a low setting). Absolutely fantastic. I was apprehensive because I am very broad. I wear a 4xl shirt and am 5’11” and this is the only massage chair I have ever been able to fit in. The same goes for the leg portion of the massager. While being big enough for me it is still capable of massaging our smallest family memeber that only weighs 105lbs. I have a lot of spine issues and I couldn’t be happier with the chair. I use it every day when I can keep everyone else out of it. I highly highly recommend this model for anyone but especially above average size people. You will love it. ... show more

Difficult to assemble. My neighbor helped. I was down in my lower back. Used the chair no more than 10 minutes and it relaxed my back and it popped into place. the chair fits me as I am a large man. I can see getting a lot of good service out of this massage chair!
