The delivery was disappointing. I paid to have it put in my family room. The delivery guys did not speak a word of English. They put the chair, still in the box, where I had pointed for it to go. This chair weighs 247 pounds. I am a 76 year old disabled veteran. It took three hours to get it out of the box. This chair is like a space capsule! You don’t sit on it, you sit in it! You have to crawl out of it. I admit I didn’t read all the lawyer speak small print before the purchase. That’s on me. The cautionary small print tells you who should not use the chair. That’s for liability purposes no doubt. My entire lumbar spine is bone on bone, so the small print that came with my chair told me I shouldn’t use it. I did anyway and immediately saw why the small print. This thing is powerful! The features that help me are the shoulder massage and the foot massage. They are wonderful. One time was more than needed for my back. No more back massages. There is a list of illnesses and injuries they recommend if you have, don’t use it.
