The media could not be loaded. The cables were crossed and I had to disassemble and reassemble or it would have collapsed on my client. Item also came w a small hole in the vinyl which ruins the "seal" and disinfected status, but more importantly the cables underneath were twisted and had I not noticed, a larger client would have been possibly injured. Otherwise the bed is ok, many features. A bit wobblier than I'd like, but it was my first and starting table, and is suitable for mobile work as long as I use 2 barriers due to the hole. Sorry this took me so long, I'd gotten a new phone and had to take pics from new one off old one. Pics wouldn't transfer to new device for some reason. ... show more

Great buy the only thing I have to say about it it toke longer to deliver. And when I called Amazon they said that ups had it so I was a little confused 🤔. It said it was going to get delivered Monday and ended up getting it the next day at 8! I called them money afternoon and they said there was nothing they could do about it.
